Awesome food! Michael Ward is friendly & professional! The food here is great, I brought 2 of my children here today for lunch. The atmosphere is cool & relaxing. family friendly! The chef is amazing! It's cool that the food is Delicious & Looks Tasty! Hard to find around here.... Normally you would have to travel to Raleigh! Nice place, everyone should try Showside. You won't be disappointed. We will come back, no doubt !
Good food, kind of pricey for what you get, but glad to have this option in Spring Hope as it's the only 'decent' restaurant in town. We eat there on a regular basis & ONLY go for the food & lack of other options in town. If you're looking for good food, fast service this is a good choice, if you're looking for friendly service from the wait staff however, you will be sadly disappointed. We have never eaten there & had a friendly waitress or waiter. And we eat there almost weekly. But what they lack in a friendly staff, they make up for in the food. Just don't expect it to be served with a smile or a welcome or a thank you. Owner is always friendly, wait staff, not so much, not at all, ever.
Delightful service...seafood was great. The brussel sprouts had good flavor, but were harvested late and were too big and tough. Smaller ones would be exquisite prepared in this way.
Wonderful atmosphere great food really nice staff. Live music on many nights. Better than any chain restaurant. Michael has added a lounge so there is a lot more room now. This is a great place to go to meet friends, drink, have great food. The desserts are AMAZING.
Great food. Wonderful variety from seafood to fresh cut Ribeyes to burgers! All cooked to please or cooked the way he learned as a chef. Blackened, Cajun, locally named urgers which are a great meal by itself! Highly recommend you try it, but call ahead for reservations or to find the best time to go. Yeah, they are that good! Sure not just another "hole in the wall" burger joint!!!
